Get up and Get dancing

Do we have to join a dance school at this age of the genre? & which style of dance that we have to learn is all humpback the moment we decided mentally. Get up and get dancing, Even an unprofessional dance, we talk about can increase the amount of exercises; reduced stress levels, improved relaxation, stronger bones and muscles and help to control body weight. Of course, we need a trainer to become a professional dancer. In our case all what we need is to keep our body healthy. Right!

Funnily, We are dancing with our friends whatever leg movements comes in our mind when we incarnated in occasions due to the kind of intake. Isn’t?  Dancing isn't just about the steps & music. It's a perfect combination of physical activity, and mental stimulation. Dancing enhances our life in so many ways: When we dance, our cardiovascular system improves, our muscle tone increases and we burn calories. This low-impact activity also increases flexibility, strength, and balance.

In today's fast-paced world, we sometimes forget to take a moment for ourselves. Dancing provides an enjoyable escape from our normal daily routine, plus a chance to relax, relieve stress, and concentrate on ourselves. Dancing is a great way to add excitement to our lives.

As we are all used to enjoy our children dancing  as per cinematic music and sometime we do along with them, finally the result is more happiness & we forget our worries unconsciously. Why not we allocate sometime from our hectic schedule for dancing. Shall we dance regularly?  Or  At least why don’t we send our children to a dance school? Oh! Your child is already in dancing school, Excellent.

All is well

Modern Saraswathi Pooja -2013

Modern Saraswathi Pooja

(This write-up is  extracted from someone’s article whom I inspired and his intuition is similar to mine and the same has been tuned-up a bit more. Genuinely not to criticize on anybody’ religious sentiments)

Today’s children could guess instantly and even reveal the story  ‘Hero triumph over villain’ the moment after seeing Actor Rajinikath posture & gesture in as one hand with a machine gun & another with a bomb in a cinema poster. Well, but at the same time Do our children show any interest to know?  How the various adornments of the idol of the deity have a message worthy of reflection though they are based on mythological belief. Today, for instance, is ‘Saraswati Puja’.   Goddess Saraswati gives human beings with the powers of speech, wisdom and learning. She plays the music of love and life on Lute & has sacred scriptures in hand to signify the knowledge.

As well, Goddess Saraswati is dressed in white which stand for purity and rides on a white swan. You guys know that the scared bird swan if offered a mixture of milk and water, is able to drink the milk alone and leave the water behind. In essence, the discrimination between the good and the bad.

Are we using our gift of speech to connect to our loved ones? Are we learning anything for the pleasure of learning itself? Have we made any effort to connect to our rich cultural heritage, have we introduced our children to it yet? Are we sincere in seeking knowledge? Or Are we content in finding quick answers?  YES - then fine. NO - let’s start right away.

The home is the first school where education and learning take root. As parents, we must strive to inspire our children towards scientific reason, fine arts, sports training and other learning which goes beyond course books. It is our duty to teach children practical lessons in honesty, discipline, patience, self-control, humility, etiquette; all of which is important for character building.

An evolved human being is not the product of a premier institution, but a sublime blend of the environment and the culture of his home and education system. Hence, Shall we start reading something relevant what we want along with our children immediately after the Puja is over instead of hibernate a day or two to open up the books which are cascaded in front of the Goddess as per forefather say. Of course, we make use of the tools also placed next to the books.
May Goddess Saraswati brings happiness in our life, hatred be far apart & also the trouble. Happy Saraswati Puja”

Shall we kill the bill with the tool of profit

Shall we kill the bill with the tool of profit

Our livelihood bills keep on hitting us relentlessly and we don’t have any second thoughts to decide whether we wanted them all or not and by the time our next bill is kicking off. Isn’t? Hence, our everyday activities are more connected with our profitability. Are we finding time to streamline our accounts and extract the real profit. Yes/No?   Once we started to live only with the profitability and subsequently the sale has to increase unavoidably which is a good sign. Spending principle along with the profit indirectly ruin our business and if we fail to know that in time, there is no remedy to recover.

There are several options to consider which may improve the profitability of our business, such as increasing trade or re-evaluating individual or entire financial aspects. Whatever area we exploit, we will need to know our business inside out to improve performance and maximize the potential for profit. .

How to check and measure profitability? Apart from ensuring our cash flow is under control, we must also regularly check our profitability. The net profit is the amount of money left after paying all our bills. It determines how much money we can safely take out of the business for our living expenses and to pay taxes.

We will receive an annual set of accounts from our accountant. However this can be up to nine months after the end of the financial year. We need to check profitability much more frequent and more promptly, using monthly or weekly figures

A good approximate measure of profitability is the gross margin. The gross margin is the value of sales less the direct cost of sales. So, if sales are Rs.1000 and the cost of sales are Rs.800 the gross margin is Rs.200 or 40 per cent of sales. Why is this so important? Firstly, the gross margin is a means by which different businesses can be compared. If a florist's gross margin is 50 per cent and an insurgent is 20 percent the latter has to sell 2.5 times as much value to achieve the same gross margin. So, gross margin is a unique basic comparison of differing businesses.

Secondly, to calculate the profitability of a business all we have to do is to deduct the business' overheads from the gross margin. So if the gross margin is Rs.1000 and the overheads are Rs.600 the net profit is Rs.400. Overheads tend to be fixed in the short term so the gross margin becomes a good indicator of profitability and can be calculated quite simply.

Alternatively, our accountant can help us set a basic measurement of our gross margin on a weekly or monthly basis.  Well, at least from day the of saraswathy Pooja, Keep our negative thoughts aside & we’ll start our new life with profit alone and kill all the bills. As per belief,  when we pray whole heartedly to goddess saraswathy  who in turn enhance our careers.  Believe in the Best.

All is well,

Optimistic Diwali - 2013

A Very Happy Diwali To You & Your Beautiful Family May God Give You All That You Want & Need In Your Life Enjoy The Festival With Lots Of Light. Some might have done good/poor revenue in business this year. We all feel our celebration & happiness towards any festival is more connected with our income, we don’t know whether this concept is a myth or true but as per the spiritual belief ‘being happy what you are content with and try your best’.

Albeit, an atom bomb and the famous Goddesses Lakshmi cracker’s massive hit of sound reached to our ear as a wake-up call of Diwali festivity. But our modern era people are not that much enthusiastic about Diwali. Since, nothing special except children’s happiness, sitting in front of an idiot box and watching celebrities show with slobber.

Well, When we look at our Children, their interest towards bursting crackers, wearing new wardrobes and cherishing Diwali sweets etc. are lost long within a few hours. Since, they want to move on back to SMS, Twitter and FacebookI surprised to know from my friend who’s son is playing crackers and buster game through his smart tab and not anything lively. My goodness, How technology transformed today’s generation mind-set?

Besides, at present, sitting in front of a latest smart 3D monitor featuring touch with an android app, one can play a cracker game through gestures too. Is it a boon or bane?  Soundtrack someone’s voice without their concern may be a bane and re-collecting the sweetness of stored voice shall be a boon. Whatever these gadgets are keeping us engaged all the time and the Google calendar snooze of payment reminder awakening without fail.

During our bygone times, children and even elders used to dream Diwali dresses a month before it. But, these days many people are wearing new clothes as on when fashion trend changes and the buying habit also became very easy ‘It is not a big deal’ surf, chase and buy online. Jockytack pant is the latest trend among boys and BiBa & Diva salwar kamitz dominates girls this year. Remember we guys never know until our dad unpack what he has chosen for us in the eleventh hour of Diwali. These days parents are not involved or not allowed in child's preference.

Visit the disconnected relative’ home and re-establish the missed relationship through the Diwali sweets are all outdated on account of both the poles are thinking who will come forward first is the present stance. We started forgetting the great saying ‘Many hands make light work’

What if Diwali was quiet and elegant with diyas and sparklers minus the noise.. Do we  really need these loud crackers? How can be this a joyous festival if the celebrations cause so much distress? Heart weakened elders have to use earplugs and stay indoors. Domestic animals used to run helter-skelter. Why couldn’t this instead be a pleasurable festival for one and all?

Shall we take a pledge from this Diwali that we are not going to miss the culture, hereditary, manners and humanity. Long live the tradition of Hindu culture and as the generations have passed by Hindu culture is getting stronger and stronger let’s keep it up. On this auspicious day, shall we pray to Goddess Lakshmi to give us a proven attitude of “United we Stand, Divided we fall”

Best Wishes for Diwali.

Success & Failures

Success & Failures

Everyone had success or failure in their life and both are taken into consideration when we talk about success or failure. A lot of experience has gone into the subject of success and failure. All that we need to learn our lessons from history. When we study the life histories of successful people, we find that they have certain qualities in common no matter which period of history they lived in.

Success leaves clues and if we identify and adopt the qualities of successful people, we shall be successful. Similarly, there are characteristics common in all failures. If we avoid those characteristics, then we shall not be failures.

Success is no mystery, but simply the result of consistently applying some basic principles. The reverse is just being truthful: Failure is simply a result of making a few mistakes repeatedly. All of this might sound too simplistic, but the fact is that most truths are very simple. I am not saying they are easy, but they certainly are simple.

What makes a person successful? How do we recognize success? To stock holders liquidation is the success, to some people success might mean wealth. To others, it is reorganization, good health, good family, happiness, satisfaction, and peace of mind. What this really tells us is that success is subjective. It can mean different things to different people. The definition that I feel summarizes “success” well is: In order to get the winning edge, we need to strive for excellence, not perfection.

Successful people are not ten times smarter than the people who fail. They may be better by a nose, but the rewards are ten times bigger. We don’t need to improve 1000% in any one area. All we need is to improve 1% in 1000 different areas, which is a lot easier. That is the winning edge.

As far as parents are concern is only success should go to their children due to which what subject to be chosen is the real task to them right away, but all depends upon the planning, forecasting and of course financial status along with the child’s caliber too. Finally some say the luck also plays a major role in someone’s future. Is that true? No Never, hard work will pay off is the real mantra to be taught to children.

Dear parents do not go to soothsayer to decide about your beloved kid’s future. Try and find out in which area of a subject they are interested and mold them as per that. Let’s not try to make them as a money machine and remember sometime the machine may go beyond a repairable condition.

All the best, I will be back soon

Ego makes man Blind

Ego makes man Blind

Once upon a time there was a poor man in the city of Varanasi. He was very pious and used to pray the God daily. He used to ask every holy man he met why god is not taking pity on him and help him. One day a holy man took pity on him and prayed to God to make the poor man rich. God being ever merciful appeared to the holy man and told him that even if God wanted to help the poor man it was of no use as the poor man’s ego was coming in the way. But the holy man insisted that God should give a chance to the poor man.

At last God relented and told the holy man “Well you see for yourself”. I will give him a chance”. Accordingly, God made a bundle of very costly gems and put it in the path of the poor man while he was coming to pray. On that day the poor man thought “Well for the last forty years I am walking the same path so let me see if I can walk with my eyes closed”. So the poor man started walking with his eyes closed. He hit the bundle of gems which the God had kept in his way with his legs but took it to be some stones and did not open his eyes and see. So he kept walking. A trader was coming at the back saw the bundle and took it.
Name and fame follows when you keep aside your egotism, work hard without on obligation brings you a surprise reward.

Past is History, Future is a Mystery and Today is Gift
People with a strong sense of gratitude, love and appreciation don't necessarily have more than others; they aren't "luckier". They simply recognize and see more beauty in their lives. A study suggests that people who count their blessings are generally happier and healthier than people who don't. If you ever feel as if anything in your life isn't "enough", try practicing an attitude of thankfulness. You might realize how good you have it after all.

If you're too busy dwelling on the past or thinking about the future, you won't be able to fully notice how fantastic things are right now. Plus, thinking about the past and future opens the door to comparison, which is the only way you can perceive something as not good enough. What you have now is all that exists, and comparing that to something that doesn't exist anymore (or yet) is an easy way to foster dissatisfaction and torture yourself. Like the old saying goes "Past is History, Future is a Mystery and Today is Gift and hence it is called the Present". Enjoy today, this moment and don't postpone your enjoyment.

What are you going to do with your gift right away?

Dear Friends,

 Limitless run against aging

Gray hairs peep-up here & there on our head based on aging process which indirectly tell us that we are maturing. Hence, we have to do our responsibilities in time as per our culture & society.

Age is a stage of mind and at 50+ the stage is set for a great performance. Some might have done their responsibilities even at their 45+ itself but the same may not be possible to everyone. It is not mandatory too.

In reality, To extend our adolescence we shampoo our pepper & salt hair for L’Oreal colour for juvenile look, face lift from the wrinkles, use contact lens to hide your concave/convex, Use of denture mainly not for chewing but to deliver a glossy smile, Natural dark skin too fair & lovely, Insert your irregular body mass in an appropriate wardrobe.  All seems to be hiding the mellowness to fight back our aging level. As long as the cosmetology is an earning factor, we can continually go ahead like celebs that only have to at least artificially keep their body as per the character they play.

Is there anything available to stop the tremor due to maturity to rigidity? Why not? It may be promising in the near future.  Well, the emerging mental stress cannot be refurbished when we were not earned in time. Don’t weep at the moment, do we want to prolong some more time for settlement?  The only spiritual remedy is to think young and be young.  Let’s start our rejuvenation program from today itself by daily exercise to keep our body fit and taking green leafy vegetables & fruit, and don’t we forget to drink plenty of water.

The expression "dying of old age" may only be a figure of speech, but it's worth noting that everyone dies of something and the passage of time is not one of them. It may be difficult or even impossible to figure out the cause of death — even when an autopsy is performed — but, as far as we know, the heart does not "run out" of beats, the brain doesn't just shut down, and the body does not simply quit working like a battery running out of energy. Today is our day.

In spite of some quavering years everyone goes through, there are still some astonishing challenges ahead. Make the time to pursue hobbies and activities you have been putting off for years. There is never a set age where you can't begin a new dream.

Dear young & old baldies, when we are spending hours & hours combing/grooming the hair, why not we read something about it. Hello, don’t ever say hair which is not a parliamentary word in our culture ok.

“I was going to buy a book on hair loss, but the pages kept falling out.”
"I have very short hair. It’s the only cute haircut I think I’ve ever had.”

Myth: Sitting in an AC room may cause hair loss
Fact: The air conditioner may cause dryness in your hair. However, there is no scientific proof that shows that it can lead to hair loss

Myth: Losing hair every day means you're balding
Fact: It's normal to lose as many as 100 hairs a day. But if you are losing more hair than normal then it is advised to consult a dermatologist.

Myth: Smoothening or straightening can cause hair loss
Fact: Hair care products don't cause hair loss. However, if you notice that you are losing too much hair, it is better to go slow on such treatments as it can aggravate hair fall.

Myth: Massaging the scalp can reduce hair loss
Fact: Blood circulation doesn't boost hair growth. Too much brushing is not good for your hair as it may lead to hair breakage, leading to loss of hair.

Myth: Cutting your hair will make it grow back thicker
Fact: Cutting your hair will not aide hair growth. Hair feels thicker after a haircut because hair is thicker at the base.

Myth: Blow drying doesn't cause hair loss
Fact: Blow drying can damage your hair. But this hair will grow back immediately.

Myth: There is nothing you can do to treat or prevent hair loss
Fact: Not anymore. Science has advanced so much that we no longer have to live with hair loss.

Hair dye can undoubtedly cause a lot of changes to your hair. It can dry it out, making your hair frizzy and brittle, if you do not use deep conditioning products. Is it possible that hair dye can cause hair loss though? Here are some of the things that both women and men should know about hair dye and hair loss.

Can Hair Dye Cause Hair Loss?  According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), hair dye has been known to lead to hair loss. Other potential side effects of hair dye include redness, burning, itchy or raw skin, facial swelling and difficulty breathing. Thus, it is important to keep in mind that hair dye does increase the risk of hair loss. Is it permanent hair loss though?

Will be back soon before the hair falls.

Failure is the stepping stones to success

Many may not have offered to choose their kind of interest in their life due to poverty or unfeasible due to material life. But, unexpectedly when we happened to realize that we are interested in something or other we are humiliated in most of the occasion instead of appreciation to nurture the quality. The majority of people wanted to get into the limelight in no time due to which they are willing to even ruins someone’s real caliber too. Well, Failure is the stepping stones to success. Hence, if you are interested in something don’t let the sun go away from you just because of nobody appreciated or unnoticed. Try and try your best until you reach the top.  Let’s read below to know about a successful legend.

A little girl- the 20th of 22 children was born prematurely and her survival was doubtful. When she was 4years old, she contracted double pneumonia and scarlet fever, which left her with a paralyzed left leg. At the age 9, she removed the metal leg brace she had developed a rhythmic walk, which doctors said was a miracle. That same year she decided to become a runner. She entered a race a came in last. For the next few years every race she entered, she came in last. Everyone told her to quit. But she kept on running. One day she actually won a race. And then another. From then on she won every race she entered. Eventually this little girl – Wilma Rudolph went on to win three Olympic gold medals.

Wilma Glodean Rudolph (June 23, 1940 – November 12, 1994) was an American athlete. Rudolph was considered the fastest woman in the world in the 1960s and competed in two Olympic Games, in 1956 and in 1960.

HOW WE CAN TAKE A BETTER CHOICE IN OUR LIFE

Dear Friends,
Some time we have no option to decide at all, Do or Die is the situation always there in your mind and based on that you future is determined. High risk High pay and Low risk Low pay all are saying depends upon the credibility or loss we receive isn’t? We all wanted to take a good decision so that we yield good harvest but to take the right decision is what really mind blowing task. The decisions are made correct when you have more information about a specific task we need to do. Let’s read the below tips given by an unknown expert and enhance ourselves that
HOW WE CAN TAKE A BETTER CHOICE IN OUR LIFE
List all your options on paper or book. Judgment should not play any role at this point. Simply make a list of all your options, no matter how ridiculous you feel they are. You need to clear all other memories and let your subconscious mind freely come up with new ideas, on your own.

Think about each option: Ask yourself: Do I really want to do this? Imagine the consequences. They might not come out exactly as you predicted, but it will give you a better view of what might happen. Think about how this will affect others. Would it hurt them, help them, etc.? Sort out your feelings about all your choices. In life you have an endless line of choices. If you find it hard to feel anything about some of them, then they’re probably not worth your attention. Remember, this is not a logical analysis. You’re simply letting your thoughts come as they will, much in the way you thought about your options.

Observe your feelings. You’ll be comfortable with some options and uncomfortable with others. Some seem good and some seem wrong. You’re now applying judgment to them. It’s important that you don’t rush to a conclusion. That will only result in an impulsive decision, which is often a bad one. Be patient and take your own feelings seriously.

Relate your choices to your priorities. Create a list of priorities for each question that requires a decision. Write down the list, then put your options against it. If you have well-established priorities, this will be easy. If you don’t, take extra time with this step.

Designate your choice. Most of the times your choice will sneak up on you before you even realize you’ve made a decision. Things should begin to fall together for you at this point. You should feel good about yourself and what you want. This strengthens your confidence in yourself, and strengthens your identity.

Register your decision. Let it become part of you. Discard the other options, let them drift away. At this point you’re putting it all together in preparation for action. Do not backtrack. Keep moving forward towards your final decision.

Commit to your decision. Don’t drag your feet, look back, or wonder. The choice becomes a decision when implementation takes place. Focus your time, energy, self, and purpose of the decision. If you can’t do this and you are still thinking about alternatives, then your decision won't be good because you’re not able to let go of those other options.

Help yourself in every way possible to make your decision work. Other decisions might have worked
just as well, but you have to be loyal and optimistic about the one you've made.

Lack of information leads to take a wrong decision.  Will be back soon before you get in to a conclusion.

Disappeared Palms Joined Salutation & Appeared Handshake

Disappeared Palms joined Salutation (kumbdran Sami)  & Appeared Handshake (Glad to meet you)

Shaking hands with others was nowhere in our culture. The arrival of the European traders introduced us to this friendly way of greeting others. These days we shake hands with our elders. But when it comes to taking their blessings we prostrate before them. Diverse meanings are attributed to this action.

The custom of mutual salutation is not exclusive to our country. It is shared by other nations as well. While it is true that the mode of performing it is definitely peculiar to our land, it is also true that the basic principle underlying this custom is the same among all nations.

When we raise our palms joined together to salute, we only mean to say symbolically that we are together we think alike; our vibrations are in harmony with each other. The action denotes the recognition of soul and soul force.

Dharma Shastras have devised certain codes of conduct in saluting others;  inside the temples,

1. The Deities should be saluted with both the palms jointed together raise above our heads

2. The guru or teacher should be saluted by placing the jointed palms against our forehead

3. The father responsible  for our sojourn on this earth, and the king who cares for our safety, deserve to be saluted by placing the joined palms Close to our Mouth and Nose

4. Wise men, sages and elders should be saluted with both the palms joined together In front of the chest

5. The mother takes the best of places in the human body. She should be saluted with both the hands joined together In front of the novel

All these parts of our body play their significant roles. The belly, the heart the nose and the mouth, the head and the overhead are symbols for healthy body, happiness, long life, knowledge and prosperity, and enlightenment respectively, spiritual science too explains that the force generated by the soul in its field of electricity and magnetism is stored in three important centers of the body and made to radiate from here to different parts. The fourth one, above the head, is to denote that the lord is above everything.

A person prostrates before his elders in recognitions of the wisdom of experience with him /her due to his age, And so he expresses his humility by indirectly saying, ‘I am like the dust of your feet’. From a spiritual point of view, this custom is meant to seek the blessings from the mouth of the leader.

We always feel a kind of vibration in our body which bring you full happiness when you salute or joined palms posture to someone. Right?

If you judge my age so and so , Imagine my posture with kumbudu  & Accept as per your age.

Cleanliness is next to Godliness

Cleanliness is next to Godliness
On the way home after meeting my new prospect , The dirty condition of his house made me to scold him continuously without his knowledge and  I was surprised at how he can able to tolerate such a bad atmosphere consist of complete mess and stinging.
You know unexpectedly even my bedroom have left not cleaned for quite some time which taught me a lesson as “ Pointing out someone’s dirt, Detergent out your shirt stain first” very well saying isn’t?
Put things back where they belong. This may seem like it`s not a simple rule but if we follow it, we will never have to worry about your room being a disaster ever again. If we don't have time, at least make a deal ourself that we will make sure everything is picked up before you go to bed. If we want to pick it up sooner, pick things up after we use it. Or maybe, once a week we could spend about an hour or so to make sure that our room will be nice and clean and organized for the next week. If this gets tiring, we will not want to have to re-clean our room, and then we won't make a mess in the first place
Those who are happiest when cleaning are few and far between. Singing, humming, whistling or turning up the stereo are all great options to keep the beat in our feet and have fun while working.
Habits are formed by doing and one of the best ways to change a bad habit is to replace it with another action. So if the time spent right when we come home from work is usually filled with email reading and a small nap, try switching it out our cleaning instead. Making the 20 minute time slot routine will build good habits and help us stay on top of the game without feeling like it's a real chore.

Pongalo Pongal Ring Tone Not a Vocal Tone

Pongalo Pongal
Demolish the failed models connected either to our business or even to our lifestyle on Bhogi festival, Apart from the regular live burn out of our superfluous articles. Yes. No, why not today?

Are the recent young parents teaching their children about the reason behind all the these four day consequent Pongal festivals as follows? Since, the cultural changes happening very fast with reason of No time even to die, Pizza. Burger and readily made, dominancy of electronic materials (using induction stove for preparing sweet Pongal, Pooja with cow picture and Win/Lose money transfer game on the internet. Snapshots are becoming mandatory)

On the First day of Pongal – Evil spirits are driven out of the home and burnt on bonfires * On the second day of  Surya Pongal - honors and Thanksgiving to Sun God * On the third day of Mattu Pongal – Honoring Cattle * On the fourth day –Children are educated  as a mark of savings by giving them some money with blessings.

The festival covers all living beings including humans, cattle and birds and crops. Even the insects are not overlooked and offered rice and flour, in the form of 'Kollam', on the entrance way of the houses. Dad our colourful Kollam powder deserted all insects?

My close buddy told me during our chat that his naughty son didn’t want to shout Pongalo Pongal at the time of the Pongal bubbles out of the Pongal pot instead of he sets a “Pongalo Pongal “ringtone and played. What a technological mischief?

When a film distributors are using various methods to promote their product to get into their so called 100crore club. Politicians are taking up the Sugarcane free distribution to their territory as a diplomatic process of advertisement for their future,  anyhow the poor sugarcane reseller business might have taken into task & might have cursed them.

Present days children are more judgmental & arguments and not willing to adopt or follow anything which is not proven or not rightly shown the reaction. Hence, we should know more clearly about the one we want to educate to our children. Shall we..

Wish you a  very happy Pongal.
