Ego makes man Blind

Ego makes man Blind

Once upon a time there was a poor man in the city of Varanasi. He was very pious and used to pray the God daily. He used to ask every holy man he met why god is not taking pity on him and help him. One day a holy man took pity on him and prayed to God to make the poor man rich. God being ever merciful appeared to the holy man and told him that even if God wanted to help the poor man it was of no use as the poor man’s ego was coming in the way. But the holy man insisted that God should give a chance to the poor man.

At last God relented and told the holy man “Well you see for yourself”. I will give him a chance”. Accordingly, God made a bundle of very costly gems and put it in the path of the poor man while he was coming to pray. On that day the poor man thought “Well for the last forty years I am walking the same path so let me see if I can walk with my eyes closed”. So the poor man started walking with his eyes closed. He hit the bundle of gems which the God had kept in his way with his legs but took it to be some stones and did not open his eyes and see. So he kept walking. A trader was coming at the back saw the bundle and took it.
Name and fame follows when you keep aside your egotism, work hard without on obligation brings you a surprise reward.

Past is History, Future is a Mystery and Today is Gift
People with a strong sense of gratitude, love and appreciation don't necessarily have more than others; they aren't "luckier". They simply recognize and see more beauty in their lives. A study suggests that people who count their blessings are generally happier and healthier than people who don't. If you ever feel as if anything in your life isn't "enough", try practicing an attitude of thankfulness. You might realize how good you have it after all.

If you're too busy dwelling on the past or thinking about the future, you won't be able to fully notice how fantastic things are right now. Plus, thinking about the past and future opens the door to comparison, which is the only way you can perceive something as not good enough. What you have now is all that exists, and comparing that to something that doesn't exist anymore (or yet) is an easy way to foster dissatisfaction and torture yourself. Like the old saying goes "Past is History, Future is a Mystery and Today is Gift and hence it is called the Present". Enjoy today, this moment and don't postpone your enjoyment.

What are you going to do with your gift right away?

Dear Friends,

 Limitless run against aging

Gray hairs peep-up here & there on our head based on aging process which indirectly tell us that we are maturing. Hence, we have to do our responsibilities in time as per our culture & society.

Age is a stage of mind and at 50+ the stage is set for a great performance. Some might have done their responsibilities even at their 45+ itself but the same may not be possible to everyone. It is not mandatory too.

In reality, To extend our adolescence we shampoo our pepper & salt hair for L’Oreal colour for juvenile look, face lift from the wrinkles, use contact lens to hide your concave/convex, Use of denture mainly not for chewing but to deliver a glossy smile, Natural dark skin too fair & lovely, Insert your irregular body mass in an appropriate wardrobe.  All seems to be hiding the mellowness to fight back our aging level. As long as the cosmetology is an earning factor, we can continually go ahead like celebs that only have to at least artificially keep their body as per the character they play.

Is there anything available to stop the tremor due to maturity to rigidity? Why not? It may be promising in the near future.  Well, the emerging mental stress cannot be refurbished when we were not earned in time. Don’t weep at the moment, do we want to prolong some more time for settlement?  The only spiritual remedy is to think young and be young.  Let’s start our rejuvenation program from today itself by daily exercise to keep our body fit and taking green leafy vegetables & fruit, and don’t we forget to drink plenty of water.

The expression "dying of old age" may only be a figure of speech, but it's worth noting that everyone dies of something and the passage of time is not one of them. It may be difficult or even impossible to figure out the cause of death — even when an autopsy is performed — but, as far as we know, the heart does not "run out" of beats, the brain doesn't just shut down, and the body does not simply quit working like a battery running out of energy. Today is our day.

In spite of some quavering years everyone goes through, there are still some astonishing challenges ahead. Make the time to pursue hobbies and activities you have been putting off for years. There is never a set age where you can't begin a new dream.

Dear young & old baldies, when we are spending hours & hours combing/grooming the hair, why not we read something about it. Hello, don’t ever say hair which is not a parliamentary word in our culture ok.

“I was going to buy a book on hair loss, but the pages kept falling out.”
"I have very short hair. It’s the only cute haircut I think I’ve ever had.”

Myth: Sitting in an AC room may cause hair loss
Fact: The air conditioner may cause dryness in your hair. However, there is no scientific proof that shows that it can lead to hair loss

Myth: Losing hair every day means you're balding
Fact: It's normal to lose as many as 100 hairs a day. But if you are losing more hair than normal then it is advised to consult a dermatologist.

Myth: Smoothening or straightening can cause hair loss
Fact: Hair care products don't cause hair loss. However, if you notice that you are losing too much hair, it is better to go slow on such treatments as it can aggravate hair fall.

Myth: Massaging the scalp can reduce hair loss
Fact: Blood circulation doesn't boost hair growth. Too much brushing is not good for your hair as it may lead to hair breakage, leading to loss of hair.

Myth: Cutting your hair will make it grow back thicker
Fact: Cutting your hair will not aide hair growth. Hair feels thicker after a haircut because hair is thicker at the base.

Myth: Blow drying doesn't cause hair loss
Fact: Blow drying can damage your hair. But this hair will grow back immediately.

Myth: There is nothing you can do to treat or prevent hair loss
Fact: Not anymore. Science has advanced so much that we no longer have to live with hair loss.

Hair dye can undoubtedly cause a lot of changes to your hair. It can dry it out, making your hair frizzy and brittle, if you do not use deep conditioning products. Is it possible that hair dye can cause hair loss though? Here are some of the things that both women and men should know about hair dye and hair loss.

Can Hair Dye Cause Hair Loss?  According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), hair dye has been known to lead to hair loss. Other potential side effects of hair dye include redness, burning, itchy or raw skin, facial swelling and difficulty breathing. Thus, it is important to keep in mind that hair dye does increase the risk of hair loss. Is it permanent hair loss though?

Will be back soon before the hair falls.

HOW WE CAN TAKE A BETTER CHOICE IN OUR LIFE

Dear Friends,
Some time we have no option to decide at all, Do or Die is the situation always there in your mind and based on that you future is determined. High risk High pay and Low risk Low pay all are saying depends upon the credibility or loss we receive isn’t? We all wanted to take a good decision so that we yield good harvest but to take the right decision is what really mind blowing task. The decisions are made correct when you have more information about a specific task we need to do. Let’s read the below tips given by an unknown expert and enhance ourselves that
HOW WE CAN TAKE A BETTER CHOICE IN OUR LIFE
List all your options on paper or book. Judgment should not play any role at this point. Simply make a list of all your options, no matter how ridiculous you feel they are. You need to clear all other memories and let your subconscious mind freely come up with new ideas, on your own.

Think about each option: Ask yourself: Do I really want to do this? Imagine the consequences. They might not come out exactly as you predicted, but it will give you a better view of what might happen. Think about how this will affect others. Would it hurt them, help them, etc.? Sort out your feelings about all your choices. In life you have an endless line of choices. If you find it hard to feel anything about some of them, then they’re probably not worth your attention. Remember, this is not a logical analysis. You’re simply letting your thoughts come as they will, much in the way you thought about your options.

Observe your feelings. You’ll be comfortable with some options and uncomfortable with others. Some seem good and some seem wrong. You’re now applying judgment to them. It’s important that you don’t rush to a conclusion. That will only result in an impulsive decision, which is often a bad one. Be patient and take your own feelings seriously.

Relate your choices to your priorities. Create a list of priorities for each question that requires a decision. Write down the list, then put your options against it. If you have well-established priorities, this will be easy. If you don’t, take extra time with this step.

Designate your choice. Most of the times your choice will sneak up on you before you even realize you’ve made a decision. Things should begin to fall together for you at this point. You should feel good about yourself and what you want. This strengthens your confidence in yourself, and strengthens your identity.

Register your decision. Let it become part of you. Discard the other options, let them drift away. At this point you’re putting it all together in preparation for action. Do not backtrack. Keep moving forward towards your final decision.

Commit to your decision. Don’t drag your feet, look back, or wonder. The choice becomes a decision when implementation takes place. Focus your time, energy, self, and purpose of the decision. If you can’t do this and you are still thinking about alternatives, then your decision won't be good because you’re not able to let go of those other options.

Help yourself in every way possible to make your decision work. Other decisions might have worked
just as well, but you have to be loyal and optimistic about the one you've made.

Lack of information leads to take a wrong decision.  Will be back soon before you get in to a conclusion.
